Absolute Recovery, Inc. is owner-operated by husband-wife team Ron & Linda Jean. The two are dedicated to providing excellent service on every account and are at work every day leading a dedicated team of employees.

 

Ron and Linda have over 55 years of combined experience in the industry, both as managers for nearly 10 years for another well-respected repossession company in Virginia and as owners of their own business. As husband and wife, they have always worked together for nearly a remarkable 30 years and have managed to develop an alliance and work ethic that has made it possible to develop a successful business with a great team of drivers and office staff.

 

Ron and Linda both lead by example, and are constantly reminding their team that they carry a huge responsibility while performing their jobs. It is important to treat all people fairly with dignity and respect.

 

Our drivers service their territories daily, providing ongoing updates as they go. We are happy to provide updates via fax, email or verbally, whichever suits your needs. We operate on an excellent repossession software program that assists in managing our daily operation, reducing the risk of errors.
