Customers: Please call to verify which office you will be dealing with. If you are coming to pick up your personal property or vehicle, our hours for these releases are Monday thru Friday, 9:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. by appointment only. At the time of your call you will be quoted any fees due and to confirm that an authorization has been received. If there are fees involved, you must bring a cashiers check, certified check or money order. Call before coming to confirm we have authorization to release and get fee quote.

Transporters/Auctions: Please call to verify which office you will be dealing with. If you are coming to pick up a vehicle, our hours for these releases are Monday thru Friday, 9:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR NOTICE FROM AUCTIONS/TRANSPORTERS TO RELEASE VEHICLES – NO EXCEPTIONS!!
